It doesn’t matter whether you are a woman, a man, a teenager, or a child everyone likes to wear the Christian cross. Even people who are not religious will wear a cross. The Christian wears the cross to remind us of Jesus with fondness and devotion to our faith and the sacrifice he made for us. He is our Lord and Savior.
The cross also represents the love Jesus had for us. When a Christian wears the cross we generally wear it to let people know that we are of Christian faith. The cross has been used in all sorts of jewelry. We have the regular necklace or chain cross. Then there are earrings with crosses on them too! Bracelets and pendants are now made with crosses. Jewelry is worn as a reflection of who we are sometimes.
When a cross is handed down from mother to daughter or father to son it is really a most treasured piece of jewelry. It is as if the love for our Lord Jesus is passed along with it.
